You are not paying for brackets, you are paying for membership to a club that provides information. The brackets are given away free by The Bracket Club. You can also play without joining the club.

How do I collect prize money?
The Bracket Clubs prize money will be distributed through a CPA firm. All prize winners must supply appropriate information to collect prizes, including but not limited to proof of age and all IRS forms that need to be legally submitted to receive prizes.

When do I get my brackets?
On selection Sunday through email. 2009 selection Sunday is 3/15/2009.

Can I change teams after selections?
Yes. From selection Sunday to Thursday at noon. Once tournament starts at noon on Thursday, no changes can be made.

How do I know how I’m doing?
The Bracket Club software will keep track and post it as tournament progresses.

Is there a point system?
Yes. Please check rules to learn how everything is scored plus tie breaking procedures.

Is there a limit to my membership?
The Bracket Club has 4 levels of membership with a specific number of brackets for each level.

Does the Bracket Club give to charity?
It is the intention of The Bracket Club to donate 5% of gross revenue to The Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer.

What if I want more brackets?
It is our policy that a platinum membership (4 brackets) @ $100.00 is the absolute limit. We cross reference name, address, email addresses and credit card numbers to assure this is adhered to.

What is the government doing for the legality of internet gaming?
There is legislation in congress at this time to make it totally legal and overturn the UIGEA Kyl Amendment that was passed in 2005 by a Republican congress. Things have changes and within the next few months it is expected the government of the United States will pass new legislation to regulate and tax gaming websites. Something that The Bracket Club fully supports. We urge our members to look over the legislation (links below) and call their representatives and ask them to support it.
